Kenny lives with his parents and his younger sister, Kyla, in the town of Lafsville. He wants to help others, but doesn't quite know how. On his 10th birthday, his aunt gives him a gift that starts him on a strange adventure.

Kenny's little sister loves to find out where her big brother is. He has the coolest toys, and is always doing fun things. It's no wonder that she tends to follow him everywhere.
Elvis
Elvis is the best rescue dog anyone could ever love. And Elvis loves Kenny and Kyla. He makes it his mission to keep Kenny safe. And with his rhinestone collar and gold sunglasses, he looks good doing it.
Mr. Iso "Izzy" Celes
Mr. Celes is their grumpy next door neighbor. He always wears track suits and is spotted burying unusual objects in his yard. What is he up to?
